Introduction to Academic Affairs
Academic affairs are considered the backbone of the educational process in the Gaza university, as they oversee the general management of faculties, the deanship of libraries, the deanship of scientific research, the deanship of admissions and registration, the deanship of student affairs, and community service programs. They conduct studies aimed at developing academic plans and programs. Through daily, quarterly, and annual work, they evaluate, correct, and enhance academic performance through feedback, which contributes to the continuous development of existing programs and the creation of innovative new programs. They also activate both curriculum-based and extracurricular programs to enrich the educational process, thereby positively impacting the leading role of the university in serving and advancing knowledge, as well as the progress and development of both the university and society. This is achieved by keeping up with the times and the latest developments in various scientific, literary, and humanitarian aspects.
