The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the University of Gaza has awarded Ramez Shehda Al-Madhoun a Master’s degree in Public Administration. This follows the defense of his thesis, titled: "The Impact of Soft Skills on Improving the Quality of Services at Primary Healthcare Centers in the Southern Palestinian Governorates: A Field Study." The defense took place at the headquarters of the Union of Agricultural Work Committees in the city of Deir al-Balah.
